I think this is some of my best work! For not having used any layers again, I think I did extremely well. Its not perfect of course, but Its definately one of my best, if not, THE best digital coloring I've done. Maybe being without layers has been good for me and has taught me to better make do with other skills, I dunno, but I have to say, I'm feeling pretty proud ^^

For those of you who don't know, this is Mimic, a very elusive mlp that I NEED to get someday, ad her bird friend here is TulipTails, a fairy tail bird, both 80's toys. Maybe this will be a lovely bit of nostalgia for you other kids made in the 80's

Oh man, I REMEMBER those birds! I always pinched my fingers with them ^^;

This is beautiful! The bright colors really catch the eye =D I love the detail and background, too. Her main and tail especially came out gorgeous.

Thats really bloody awesome hunni, Mimic looks so cute with her little bird. Really like her cyrstal eye and the glows and heck everything about it! XD Its just so really well done fab work hun.

Really love the colouring on this and all the details as well, so cute and so lovely, give me your skills woman! XD Hehe, great job hun, lovely work! :heart:

I deffinately agree this is one of your best! I love how the pony has a jewel for an eye, and that bird is just adorable. I love the glow effects you used here too. Truely awesome work!
